Q: How did ETS Tan help you create a business plan?
A: I have been in the salon business for a while and I realize how vital a business plan is. ETS Tan was able to help me fill in the blanks of my outline with realistic numbers. About the only thing we didn’t count on was a recession. Fortunately, the numbers that they provided were conservative enough that I was able to make the necessary adjustments as we went along to keep my business profitable.

A: I asked ETS Tan to review my conceptual layouts and ETS Tan gave me great feedback about what size my salon’s rooms should be, where hallways and doors should be located and more. ETS Tan also gave me ideas about bed locations. For example, a stand-up unit is louder then a horizontal tanning bed because the fan is located at the top so consequently, I placed my stand-up unit in the rear of my salon.

A: Yes. And I’m glad I do. One of the major reasons that I chose ETS Tan is because the company is a one-stop shop for anyone looking to become a successful salon owner. A: Yes. When I bought my tanning beds, ETS Tan included an assortment of lotions for me to offer my customers. A: I chose Helios because it is so robust. The reporting in Helios is very useful for any salon that takes advantage of the salon management software. Helios is easy to learn and updated on a regular basis. The Helios team conducts training to help salon staff understand its full potential. And, the price is right.
